Gloria Seitz is the latest artist to display at the Fulton County Public Library, Rochester branch.
Gloria has taught classes through her business, New Creations Art Classes, in Plymouth, for the last 26 years, and is a member of the Heartland Arts Center.
Her art will be on display in the Great Hall from May 23rd to July 31st, when there will be a closing reception at 5pm.
