Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the library district known as Fulton County Public Library (the “Library”) that the Fulton County Council (the “County Council”) will meet at the Commissioners’ Room of the Fulton County Annex Building, 125 E 9th Street, Rochester, Indiana, at the hour of 5:00 p.m. (Local Time) on July 16, 2024, to consider the following additional appropriation of potential bond proceeds (the “Bonds”) which the Library Board (the “Board”) may issue.
